A. All ebooks listed on our site have either been created by outsourcing professional authors, or by using local authors that are a member of our site. We are the publisher of all ebooks listed on our website, and maintain ownership over the ebooks listed. We do not act on behalf of any other publisher or distributor - we are an entirely independent business.
Q. After I've purchased an ebook, how do I receive it?
A. Upon receipt of your payment by Clickbank, the ebook and any associated content with it will be available for immediate download via a special link you will be redirected to. You may bookmark this link for future downloads. If for whatever reason you lose your download link, you may contact us with your receipt number and we will issue you with a new download link. We do not send you any physical material in the mail, all contents that you purchase is virtual and may be downloaded.
Q. Can I redistribute, edit, sell or give away an ebook I purchase from you?
A. No. All ebooks contained on our website remain property of Top Label Books. By purchasing an ebook from us you do not acquire any licence to use it outside of your own personal use. You may not alter any ebook you download, nor may you rebrand it, use any of its contents, auction it, sell it or otherwise give it to any other person in any way. If you wish to sell our ebooks on our behalf, it is recommended you check out our affiliate program.
Q. Do you offer an affiliate program?
A. Yes. An affiliate program is a system whereby a person (the affiliate) may direct customers to purchase a product from our website, and in turn receive a commission for the sale. We have one of the most advanced and generous affiliate programs available for selling ebooks online, which we strongly recommend you check out. We offer resources for beginning affiliates right through to super affiliates, including marketing material, affiliate stats, link cloaking, editing and tracking, and many other resources. A. If you are not satisfied with your product at any time within the first 60 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds are managed via the independent company that handles all our transactions - Clickbank. All refund requests should be directed to Clickbank. Q. Can I receive discounted ebooks if I buy in bulk?
A. Currently no, however we do have plans sometime in the future to introduce a membership based system whereby ebooks may be purchased for a discounted price, however we have no planned date for implementation of such a system as of yet. Our ebooks are naturally offered at a good value given the quality of the content they contain.
Q. Can I list my ebook with you?
A. If you are the original, sole author of your ebook, and you own exclusive rights to the ebook, then it is recommended you contact us about our author program. Our agreement is generally that you give us exclusive ownership of your ebook. In turn we will list your ebook on our site as our own product, and you as the author of the ebook. You will receive an equity-share (a percentage) of all sales that your ebook makes. Your ebook must meet our quality standards before we consider adopting you as an author.
Q. How do I find out more about the author of an ebook?
A. We do not currently have an author biography page, although this may be implemented in the future.
Q. What software is required to view your ebooks?
A. All ebooks on our site may be viewed in PDF format using Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available for free download at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.htm. Alternatively we also offer our ebooks in downloadable .doc (word processing) format. Some ebooks may also be accompanied with audio material. This is generally downloadable in either .wav or .mp3 format.
